3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

When you register or use our App, we may collect:

• Full name and email address
• Business name, phone number, and city
• Website URL and landing page URL
• Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store raw card data)
• Lead information submitted through advertising campaigns (name, phone, email)

3.2 Third-Party Platform Data (Google & Meta)

When you connect your Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) Ads accounts, we collect:

• OAuth access tokens to authenticate on your behalf
• Ad campaign statistics: impressions, clicks, spend, reach, leads
• Lead form submission data from Meta Lead Ads
• Ad account IDs and campaign IDs

This data is accessed only with your explicit authorization and is used solely to display performance reports within our App.

3.3 Automatically Collected Data

• IP address and browser type
• Pages visited and time spent
• Error logs and diagnostic data

• Provide, maintain, and improve our App and services
• Display your advertising campaign performance data
• Sync leads from Google Ads and Meta Lead Ads into our dashboard
• Send notifications and daily performance summaries via email or WhatsApp
• Process payments for agency services

5. Meta (Facebook) Platform Data

Our App integrates with the Meta Marketing API. By connecting your Meta account, you authorize us to:

• Access your ad account data, campaigns, and lead forms
• Read campaign statistics (spend, impressions, clicks, reach)
• Retrieve leads submitted via Meta Lead Ad forms
• Pause or resume campaigns on your instruction

We access Meta data using the following permissions: ads_read, ads_management, leads_retrieval, pages_read_engagement.

We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your Meta platform data to any third parties. Data retrieved from Meta is stored securely in our database and used only to display your performance reports.

You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from within our App, which will revoke our access to your Meta data.

6. Google Ads Data

Our App integrates with the Google Ads API. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access your Google Ads campaign data and statistics, and sync leads and ad performance data to our dashboard.

Google data is handled in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Twilio (WhatsApp), Resend (email). Each provider handles your data only as needed to deliver their service.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business Transfer: In case of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Campaign statistics and lead data are retained for reporting and audit purposes.

If you request deletion of your account or data, we will delete your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. User Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To request data deletion:

• Email us at info@veoxmedia.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"
• Include your registered email address and the data you wish deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion.

Note: Disconnecting your Meta or Google account within the App will automatically delete your stored access tokens from our database.

10. Data Security

• All data is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies
• OAuth tokens are stored and accessed server-side only
• All communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Payment data is processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details
• Access to data is restricted by user role (agency vs. client)

11. Cookies & Tracking

Our App uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. These are essential for the App to function. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data
