1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Veox Media campaign management platform ("App") available at https://app.veoxmedia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including Veox Media agency staff and clients who have been granted access by Veox Media.

2. About Veox Media

Veox Media is a digital advertising agency based in Mumbai, India. We operate a proprietary internal software platform at https://app.veoxmedia.com for managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns on behalf of our clients.

3. About the Platform

The Veox Media App is a proprietary internal software platform operated exclusively by Veox Media. The platform provides:

  • Google Ads campaign performance reporting and monitoring
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads performance reporting
  • Client budget tracking and ad spend synchronisation
  • Lead tracking from Google Ads lead form submissions and call conversions
  • Campaign management controls (pause/resume) for agency staff
  • Monthly performance report generation for clients
  • Payment management and invoice tracking

Access to the App is granted only to authorised Veox Media staff and the agency's clients. The platform is not available to the general public.

4. User Accounts and Access

Access to the App is provided by invitation only. Users are assigned one of two roles:

  • Agency: Veox Media staff with full platform access
  • Client: Veox Media clients with access to their own campaign data and reports

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify Veox Media immediately at info@veoxmedia.com.

5. Google Ads API Usage

The App integrates with the Google Ads API to retrieve campaign performance data, lead data, and to perform campaign management operations on behalf of Veox Media and its clients. By using the App, you authorise Veox Media to:

  • Access Google Ads account data linked to campaigns managed by Veox Media
  • Read campaign performance metrics: impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions
  • Retrieve lead data from Google Ads lead form submissions and call conversions
  • Pause or enable campaigns as instructed

This access is governed by the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Veox Media will not use your Google Ads data for any purpose other than providing the services agreed with you.

6. Meta (Facebook) Ads API Usage

The App integrates with the Meta Marketing API to retrieve campaign performance, lead data from Meta lead forms, and to manage ad delivery. By using the App, you authorise Veox Media to access your Meta Ads accounts solely for reporting and campaign management under the scope of services agreed with Veox Media.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App to transmit unsolicited communications or spam
  • Share your login credentials with any unauthorised person

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all its software, design, content, and branding, is the exclusive property of Veox Media. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the App. You may use the App solely for the purposes described in these Terms.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Payments

Clients may make payments through the App via the integrated Razorpay payment gateway or via QR code/bank transfer as arranged with Veox Media. All payment terms, including fee amounts, billing cycles, and refund policies, are governed by the individual service agreement between Veox Media and the client.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Veox Media does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veox Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

Veox Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at Veox Media's discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

Veox Media may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
